I have lived in New Bedford for over 30 years and am currently residing in a charming older home in the St. Lukes / Buttonwood Park area.

Graduated from Fryeburg Academy in 1966 and UMass Dartmouth in 1970. I was a commissioned officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard from 1970 - 1976.

Currently I am serving as Chairman of the Ward 5 Democrat Committee. Former Chairman of the UMass Dartmouth Building Authority and a past Vice President of the Board of the Schwartz Center for Children. I was also a member of New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce and its Board of Directors, as well as a member of the New Bedford Economic Development Council. I look forward to doing my small part in making Ned Bedford all it can be.
